Option to save in-app photos to device gallery/camera roll

It would be great if there was a toggle (either in mobile profile config, or in the app (settings>account)) which allowed users/admins to enable saving photos taken in-app to the devices camera roll or gallery. Bonus if you can also set the save resolution (similar to the set resolution of attachments in the mobile profile config).
