Move screen and filter drop downs above column headers. Allows users to easily switch between filters, instead of scrolling down to the bottom of the screen to switch.

Hey Doug, Thanks for the note! Three of our new Utilisphere 2.0 experiences are expected to launch at User Summit, though that won't include the Ticket Summary Grid and Details view — that one's on track to release to Beta sometime after Summit. In the meantime, if you're not already using Profile Settings to pin those fields to the bottom of your screen view (rather than scrolling through several pages to find them), I'd recommend setting that up now. To note, this does require that the Company Toggle 'Pin Summary Header and Footer' is enabled. Here's how: 1. Select your avatar in the blue menu, then choose 'Profile Settings'
2. On the Viewing My Information page, click 'Modify My Preferences' in the left-hand menu
3. Check the box for Pin Footer and Header
4. Select Save
This will pin the filter/screen selectors and page navigation to your screen, so no more scrolling to find them.

Hi Doug — great suggestion! I’m happy to confirm that this functionality is already included in the design for UtiliSphere 2.0.
